Description
The competition is for the establishment of a cloud system, as well as the overall delivery of IT operations and related services. A desired final state by 31.12.2026 is that Tønsberg municipality has a complete architecture that safeguards all services and assignments that a Norwegian municipality has, which includes, among other things: that the contracting authority has taken over responsibility for all services and systems that Jarlsberg IKT currently provides and provides to the municipality. that the software portfolio is, to the greatest possible degree, SaaS that services such as networks, client and meeting room equipment, print, security management and backup are procured in the market, primarily as a "service/as-a-service". that other services are provided by the contracting authority itself or by the hire of competence.
