Description
Binnen de afdeling Medical Biosciences (MBS) worden patiënten met het LYNCH syndroom behandeld met dendritische cel vaccinaties. Deze dendritische cel vaccinaties worden geproduceerd in de cleanroom van MBS/Radboud UMC. Om de juiste cellen te kunnen isoleren is er een gesloten systeem apparaat noodzakelijk. Momenteel gebruikt Radboudumc een CliniMACS Prodigy voor deze isolaties. Het huidige systeem is ouder dan 10 jaar en toe aan vervanging. Om deze reden is Radboudumc naar passend vervangend systeem inclusief bijbehorend onderhoud.
