Description
VTAA wil vanaf 16 december 2024 in de behoefte van dienstverlening op het gebied van de levering, implementatie/migratie en support van een cliëntvolgsysteem (CVS) worden voorzien door middel van het sluiten van een overeenkomst. Er zal gegund worden op basis van de Economisch Meest Voordelige Inschrijving (EMVI) gebaseerd op de Beste Prijs - Kwaliteit Verhouding (BPKV). De gunningcriteria zullen bestaan uit een Programma van Wensen, Plan van aanpak (implementatie) en een demo in combinatie met een ingevuld prijzenblad.
