In dit Beschrijvend document staat informatie over de Europese aanbesteding van een Cliëntvolgsysteem en Leermanagementsysteem (hierna: Systeem) voor Stichting Pantar Amsterdam (hierna Pantar). De Opdracht is opgedeeld in twee Percelen. Pantar wenst per Perceel een Overeenkomst te sluiten met een Opdrachtnemer.
