Description
Nordre Follo municipality intends to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can cover the municipality ́s need for cleaning and operational assignments in municipal residences. The municipality currently has over 1,000 municipally available residences, both owned and hired. The assignments can consist of:1. Internal works such as: Main and builder maintenance, Risk washing, emptying and moving furniture and household waste 2. External works such as: Simple care of garden (lawn and hedge) Simple care of courtyard (gritting, sweeping and shovelling) Easier external maintenance and washing. The contract is estimated to a total of NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. The contract ́s total value is NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT.
