Le présent appel d’offres porte sur un nouveau dossier patient informatisé commun du CHUV (Centre hospitalier universitaire vaudois) et des hôpitaux régionaux reconnus d'intérêt public du Canton de Vaud (Hôpital Riviera Chablais, Établissements Hospitaliers du Nord Vaudois, Groupement Hospitalier de l’Ouest Lémanique, Hôpital Intercantonal de la Broye, Fondation de Nant, Institution de Lavigny, Hôpital de Lavaux, Pôle Santé Pays-d’Enhaut, Pôle Santé Vallée de Joux, Réseau Santé Balcon du Jura et Fondation Rive-Neuve), homogène, incluant toutes les spécialités des hôpitaux (notamment l’oncologie adulte et pédiatrique, les soins intensifs, les urgences), la gestion des blocs opératoires, la planification des patients et des ressources, la gestion des transports ainsi que les laboratoires et la radiologie.
