Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou projekční a stavební práce spočívající v demolici brownfieldu – staré WerkAreny v Třinci a výstavbě vědeckého a výzkumně-vývojového centra pro cirkulární ekonomiku: CirkArena – Circular economy R&D centre. Zadavatel bude projekční a stavební práce realizovat formou požadavků na výkon nebo funkci podle § 92 odst. 2 ZZVZ (označováno rovněž jako metoda Design & Build).
