Description
Se va incheia un acord cadru de furnizare cu valabilitate 48 luni, de la data inregistrarii si semnarii acestuia de catre ambele parti contractante. Cantitatile necesare, specificatiile tehnice si alte informatii se regasesc in caietul de sarcini aferent prezentei proceduri de achizitie. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor siplimentare cu 11 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor : 18.
