SERVIZIO DI REFEZIONE SCOLASTICA BIOLOGICA ED ECOSOSTENIBILE PER GLI ALUNNI DELLE SCUOLE PRIMAVERA, INFANZIA E PRIMARIA NEL COMUNE DI ANZIO. Il valore complessivo presunto dell’appalto per il periodo certo è pari a € 5.884.500,00 oltre IVA Il prezzo unitario a base di gara soggetto a ribasso € 6,00 (euro sei/00) per ogni pasto fornito, comprensivo di tutte le voci di costo oltre Iva al 4% e oneri per la sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso d’asta (€ 0,02 a pasto). Ai sensi dell’art. 35 comma 4 del D.L.gs 50/2016 e smi il valore complessivo presun-to dell’appalto è pari ad € 11.278.625,00 (inclusi oneri della sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso) iva esclusa determinato rispetto all’intero periodo presumibile di affida-mento: contratto triennale + opzione rinnovo due anni + proroga tecnica (6 mesi);
