Description
Met de nieuwe dienstverlening voor Digiborden beoogt Aanbestedende dienst: -In algemene zin te worden ontzorgt; -Een kwalitatieve oplossing te bieden die leidt tot een hoge mate van tevredenheid van de gebruikers en de beheersorganisatie; -Innovaties door te voeren die passen bij een moderne wijze van werken; -Te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving t.a.v. informatiebeveiliging (normenkader IBP). De dienstverlening voor digiborden bestaat uit: -Demonteren van bestaande AV-oplossingen en afvoeren van materialen op verzoek van de opdrachtgever. -Leveren, monteren en installeren van 72 nieuwe digiborden; -Verhuizen van bestaande digiborden binnen of tussen locaties; -Alle benodigde aansluitmaterialen en bekabeling; -Service, onderhoud en garantieafhandeling op alle geleverde digiborden; -Advisering over inrichting en gebruik van de borden in specifieke ruimtes.
