Description
Het leveren van ICT-hardware in de vorm van Chromebooks inclusief bijbehorende garantie, dienstverlening en reparaties ten behoeve van AT Scholen. Onder dienstverlening wordt verstaan: • Stickeren devices met naam locatie, duidelijke barcode en serienummer om te scannen (optioneel naam gebruiker). • Google licentie koppelen aan devices en enrollen binnen het domein van AT Scholen. • Uitpakken devices en afvoeren verpakkingsmateriaal. • Digitale overzichten en rapportages aanleveren. • Oude/defecte devices op alle locaties kosteloos ophalen (Life Cycle management). • Inhouse reparatie service, inclusief eigen transport. De omvang van de opdracht ligt, naar verwachting, rond de 1500 stuks per jaar. De omvang van de opdracht is zo nauwkeurig mogelijk bepaald. Indien de opgegeven omvang eerder wordt gerealiseerd dan de einddatum van de raamovereenkomst wordt de opdracht (voortijdig) opnieuw aanbesteed.
