Produsul ”Chiller gheata Patinoarul Olimpic Brasov’’ este o achizitie de sine statatoare.Caracteristicile tehnice identificate si solicitate a fi indeplinite sunt strict si clar stabilite pentru a nu da posibilitatea interpretarii ca putand fi vorba de mai multe produse sau chiar categorii de produse.Contractul va cuprinde transport, livrare demontare chiller vechi si depozitare in locatia indicata de beneficiar, montaj chiller nou, punere in functiune chiller nou, asigurarea mentenantei pe perioada garantiei. Se pot solicita clarificari cu 10 de zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. ! Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a - 7 - a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit in anuntul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor!
