Description
The competition is for the provision of a child welfare administration professional system as a cloud based service (SaaS). The system shall take care of all parts of the case processing process and facilitate simple dialogue with inhabitants. The system shall use the components that come out of the government project DigiBarnevern and the education reform: National portal for population decare, inhabitant services, a child welfare quality system and reporting bank. Participants in Bjørnafjorden municipality, Voss herad and Årdal municipalities. Årdal municipality has an option to participate. The reason for the option is that Årdal municipality is considering participating in a host co-operation for child protection services. The procurement ́s value is estimated to exceed the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make minor, not significant changes to this basis before tenderers are invited to submit a tender.
