Toegang tot de elektronische marktplaats van de Universiteit Leiden voor het leveren van chemicaliën voor wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Het betreft geen aanbesteding in de zin van deel 2 van de Aanbestedingswet 2012, maar een inkoopprocedure (open house) voor de toegang tot een elektronische marktplaats.
