Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení stavebních úprav stávajících objektů, které se nacházejí v dolní části areálu Galerie Klenová. Řešené objekty jsou součástí hospodářského dvora značně starého data, nejpozději barokní, upravovaný během 19. století. Jedná se o kulturní památku r.č. 101443. Jedná se o pokračování celkové rekonstrukce areálu hospodářského dvora. Řešenými objekty jsou původní stodoly a přidružené stavby.
