Description
Les Centres de Compétences à mettre en oeuvre couvrent plusieurs périmètres fonctionnels (allotissement) qui ont pour objectif d’accompagner les bénéficiaires dans le pilotage de projet et dans la réalisation de prestations liées au développement et à la mise en oeuvre des systèmes d’information de la SA SNCF Voyageurs. L’objectif est de couvrir l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’un système d’information. Les phases de BUILD et de RUN sont donc couvertes (de l’étude au décommissionnement d’une application).
