HTH wil met 1 Opdrachtnemer een Raamovereenkomst afsluiten voor max 4 jaar. Opdrachtnemer moet de gehele dienstverlening voor zowel binnenlandse als buitenlandse reizen inclusief eventuele hotelovernachting(en) kunnen verrichten, zelfstandig of met Combinanten/ Onderaannemers. - Quality — Plan van Aanpak om meest duurzame reis aan te bieden (C02 uitstoot inzichtelijk) zichtbaar weergegeven bij zoekoptie info aanvraag van een boeking.
- Price — Zie Beschrijvend document en Prijsinvulformulier
- Quality — Online gebruikersvriendelijk boekingssysteem (weinig clicks, duidelijke hulp/uitleg functie) die een overzicht van alle reis opties weergeeft (tijd, maatschappij, kosten, reisduur en co2 uitstoot).
