Description
Der zu beschaffende Cell-in-the-Loop Prüfstand ermöglichst es eine oder mehrere Batteriezellen unter kontrollierten elektrischen und thermischen Randbedingungen so zu betreiben, als wären sie bereits in einem Modul oder Speicher verbaut. In Analogie zu einem Hardware-in-the-Loop Prüfstand können somit die Zellen auf ihr Verhalten im Zielsystem untersucht werden, bevor das Modul aufgebaut wurde bzw. es können die Designparameter wie zum Beispiel Kühlung im Betrieb angepasst werden. Da es für einen derartigen Aufbau keine fertigen Systeme zu erwerben gibt, muss diese Systemfunktionalität durch Einzelgeräte hergestellt werden, die in einem Funktionszusammenhang stehen. Dabei ist der Prüfstand dreigliedrig entsprechend der drei Systemebenen (Laborzelle, Zelle im Zielformat und Modul) aufgebaut, so dass es möglich wird über eine Kopplung der jeweiligen Testsysteme in der Betrachtungsebene auf die nächsthöhere Systemebene zu gelangen.
