Description
Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy Ltd (later also “Fimlab" or "Contracting Entity") requests tenderers to provide a tender for an image-analysis-algorithms based on artificial intelligence to support the diagnostics in pathology as a SaaS-service. The subject of the procurement (in particular annex 2), the relevant contract terms (in particular annexes 0 and 1) and requirements (in particular annex 3) are described in more detail in the procurement documents and its annexes. The procurement is divided into 10 lots. The tenderer may leave its tender to several lots and may be selected for more than one lot-specific framework arrangement. The goal is to select 3 best suppliers for each lot and conclude a framework agreement with these suppliers. The supplier may also be a consortium or a group of tenderers. The contract period starts from signing the framework agreement and is valid 72 months. The signing of the framework agreement is estimated to be in Q1-Q2/2024.
