Description
The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe (the Congress) is currently implementing co-operation activities in the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction 2023-2026”. These activities aim to support Ukrainian local and regional authorities in responding to the multiple challenges caused by the Russian war of aggression, and in particular to build resilience in local governance, support the decentralisation process, and advance towards a successful recovery and modernisation.
