Projektbeschreibung Die Wohnbau Mainz GmbH errichtet auf dem Gelände Große Langgasse 10, 16 und Steingasse 14, 16 ein mehrgeschoßiges Wohngebäude mit Keller. Mit diesem Leistungsverzeichnis wird um Angebot für das Gewerk Erd-Maurer-, Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten gebeten. Leistungen, die unter anderem anzubieten sind: Ca. 3.000 m² Mauerwerk (verschiedene Dicken) Ca. 750 m² Bodenplatte D 45 cm Ca. 2.500 m² Stahlbetonwände (verschiedene Dicken) Ca. 5.500 m² Ortbetondecken etc. Einzureichen sind LV mit Preisen, Formblätter. Ausführungsbeginn: 15.01.2026 Ausführungsende: 15.10.2026
