Description
Stad Beringen wenst over te gaan tot het aanstellen van een studiebureau voor de gefaseerde renovatie van cultuurcentrum Casino te Beringen-Mijn. De renovatiecampagne past in de wens van het Bestuur om CC Casino om te vormen tot een hedendaags en drempelloos cultuurhuis. De werken, en bijgevolg ook de studieopdrachten die onderwerp zijn van deze opdracht, worden opgedeeld in vier fasen. De opdeling in fasen gebeurt volgens de gewenste chronologische opeenvolging van de werkzaamheden om zo de werking van het cultuurcentrum gedurende de renovatieperiode te blijven waarborgen.
