Upphandlingen avser att tillgodose Uppsala universitets behov av fikabröd, smörgåsar, sallader, mingelmat, större och mindre bufféer samt á la carte luncher och á la carte middagar till möten, konferenser, akademiska arrangemang och högtider m.m. Upphandlingen är indelad i tre områden, Fika och konditorivaror, Sallader och smörgåsar samt Bufféer och á la carte. Leveranser kommer huvudsakligen att ske till universitetets campusområden och övriga lokaler i Uppsala.
