Description
Elk jaar organiseert HDSR meerdere grote evenementen voor het personeel waarvan catering een belangrijk onderdeel is. Met deze aanbesteding willen we één leverancier contracteren die de catering van deze grotere evenementen bij HDSR organiseert. Voor de raamovereenkomst catering voor evenementen hanteren we een maximaal bedrag van Euro 80.000, - per jaar inclusief BTW. Als we de totale looptijd hanteren is dit een maximale opdrachtwaarde van Euro 320.000, - inclusief BTW.
Award criteria
- Price — Voor het gunningscriterium prijs vragen we u om de casus van het eindejaarsfeest, zoals door u uitgewerkt bij subgunningscriterium 1 (paragraaf 5.3.1) te prijzen.
