Description
Procurement of vehicle nursing services for official vehicles in Lillestrøm municipality. On the need: Lillestrøm municipality was established 1.1.2020, by the merging of Fet, Skedsmo and Sørum municipalities. The municipality has many official vehicles and the municipality needs a contract that covers the need for vehicle care services for these vehicles. Car Care means: internal and external washing, engine washing, polishing, coating, internal textile cleaning, ozone cleaning, off-boarding of leasing vehicles in connection with submission, and small repairs. The laundry shall be carried out in a sustainable way by the use of steam and at the municipality ́s locations. The municipality is not aware that there are currently other actors who cover an equivalent need. Furthermore, the municipality has made two attempts to hold a competition on the service contract; the first time in April 2023, and then in July 2023, without receiving any tender offers. The municipality has also tried to directly tip various actors, without this having resulted in the tender being submitted in the ongoing competition.
