Description
De afdeling Customer Relations & Communications (CRC) is aan de ene kant verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van contacten met de diverse stakeholders en aan de andere kant voor de in- en externe communicatie. Ook de centrale klachtencoördinatie maakt deel uit van deze afdeling. De afdeling werkt zoveel mogelijk proactief, zorgt voor verbinding met de omgeving, bevordert dialoog en begrip, haalt de buitenwereld binnen, profileert en positioneert LVNL. Ook fungeert de afdeling als klankbord en geweten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van communicatie, scant issues en onderhoudt intensief de relatie met stakeholders en media en reageert en anticipeert daarop.
