Description

Helse Sør-Øst RHF (hereafter called the Contracting Authority) shall enter into framework agreements with private tenderers for the procurement of treatment offers within specialised drug treatment (TSB). Only non-profit organisations that can provide the service within the South-East Health Region can submit tenders, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) § 30-2a. The health companies belonging to the Contracting Authority and the five non-commercial hospitals with which the Contracting Authority has operational agreements, cannot participate in the procurement, either as the main supplier or sub-supplier.
