Le marché porte sur une campagne d'information & une étude pluriannuelle. Il vise à: - Mieux informer et encourager les citoyens à entreprendre des actions préventives et à se préparer aux situations d'urgence en leur donnant des conseils applicables à leur situation concrète. - Soutenir les administrations locales dans le cadre de leur communication des risques, au niveau de leur territoire. - Accroître la reconnaissance, la fiabilité et l'accessibilité des avertissements officiels et des informations de crise.
