Description
The purpose of the current procedure is to select and award a contract for design services regarding the SPAAK project in Brussels, as well as related projects thereto. The awarded mission shall encompass architectural, structural and technical design services, and begin from the preliminary design until the final acceptance of the works. The contract shall enter into force at the date of its signature, and shall expire after final acceptance of the renovation works. Final acceptance is currently estimated to take place by the end of 2033. Please note that this date is merely estimated and shall in no way be binding or enforceable against the European Parliament.
