Competent suppliers are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a shared history and culture programme. This cross-community arts project will engage minority participants in exploring Northern Ireland’s mental health care history, using the Downshire Hospital and Down County Museum’s collection as inspiration. Through inclusive workshops, participants will reflect creatively on personal and shared experiences, culminating in an exhibition at Down County Museum.
