Il presente appalto ha per oggetto l’esecuzione dei servizi di raccolta dei rifiuti urbani, provenienti da utenze domestiche e non domestiche, e relativo trasporto agli impianti di smaltimento; sono compresi i servizi complementari di spazzamento, la rimozione dei rifiuti abbandonati, delle carcasse di animali, l’informatizzazione dei servizi, l’esecuzione di specifiche campagne informative mirate all’educazione ambientale progressiva delle utenze ed altri. Il sistema di raccolta scelto è quello porta a porta, esteso all’intero territorio oggetto d’appalto
