Description
Er is een Dienstverleningsovereenkomst afgesloten met Ortec Finance, voor periodieke financiële verkenningen. Het gaat hierbij om ontwikkelen, onderhouden en adviseren/ondersteunen van twee financiële modellen: • Indicatieve Bestedingsruimte Woningcorporaties (hierna: IBW). In de IBW wordt gekeken welke extra investeringsruimte beschikbaar is voor de corporatiesector. • Financieel VerkenningModel (hierna: FVM). Het FVM is gemaakt voor de doorrekening van het onderzoek Opgaven en Middelen Corporatiesector in Balans, en de daaruit voortvloeiende Nationale Prestatieafspraken. In het model wordt berekend wat de financiële gevolgen zijn voor corporaties van het uitvoeren van de volkshuisvestelijke- en verduurzamingsopgave en in welke mate deze opgave financieel haalbaar is.
