Description
Het ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, directie DPG/Conferentiebureau, wil een raamovereenkomst sluiten met één dienstverlener op het gebied van Redactionele ondersteuning van videoregistratie van summits en conferenties. Het onderwerp van deze aanbesteding is het registreren/vastleggen van een summit of conferentie via video, de bijbehorende productionele en redactionele ondersteuning, het ter beschikking stellen van dat videomateriaal online en via andere kanalen en de voorzieningen voor de pers. De intentie is om de Overeenkomst op 2 juni 2025 van kracht te laten worden.
