Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající ve výstavbě nového bytového domu s 31 bytovými jednotkami, z toho 28 b.j. 3+kk a 3 b.j. 1+kk. Objekt má 4 nadzemní a 1 podzemní podlaží. V 1. PP je 31 sklepních kójí a 14 garážových stání. Při příjezdové komunikaci je celkem 24 parkovacích stání. Nově navržený objekt má půdorysné rozměry 47,85x15,9 metrů, na východní a západní straně jsou navrženy balkony - lodžie. Součástí předmětu veřejné zakázky jsou rovněž terénní a sadové úpravy s následnou 5-tiletou péčí.
