Objekt bude vybaven osobním výtahem, zdrojem vytápění a přípravy teplé vody bude sestava tepelných čerpadel, na střeše objektu budou osazeny fotovoltaické panely pro vlastní potřebu. Zastavěná plocha objektu činí 708,72 m2, celkový obestavěný prostor cca 13.558 m3.
