Description
The objective of the procurement is to cover the municipalities' need for building materials. The municipalities have a continual need for trading building materials to make improvements and maintenance on the municipalities ́ buildings. The competition is for a framework agreement for the delivery of building materials, wood, paint, iron products, tools and kitchen. The procurement is divided into 4 sub-contracts - 1 sub-contract for each participating municipality, which is Vestby, Frogn, Nesodden and Ås municipalities. There will be 2 framework agreement suppliers for each sub-contract, call-offs in accordance with the method of surging. For procurements above the estimated value of NOK 70,000, the contracting authority shall implement mini-competitions between all the framework agreement suppliers under this procurement.
