1) Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania pn. „Budowa obiektu mostowego wraz z drogą dojazdową klasy „L” na odcinku od ul. Małgorzatowo do DW nr 657 w Nowej Wsi”. 2) Zamówienie będzie wykonywane przy zachowaniu przepisów prawa powszechnie obowiązującego oraz na warunkach określonych we wzorze umowy stanowiącej załącznik nr 4 do SWZ. 3) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określa załącznik nr 5 do SWZ – Dokumentacja projektowa.
