Przedmiotem umowy jest wykonanie robót budowlanych dla zadania pod nazwą: „BUDOWA NOWEGO ODCINKA KOLEI LINOWEJ NA TRASIE WESOŁE MIASTECZKO-PLANETARIUM NA TERENIE PARKU ŚLĄSKIEGO W CHORZOWIE”, zwanej dalej: „Inwestycją”. 2. Inwestycja polega na budowie linii kolei linowej (trasa Wesołe Miasteczko – Planetarium), budowie stacji Planetarium oraz rozbudowie stacji Wesołe Miasteczko. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ) zawiera Projekt budowlany wraz z załącznikami.
