Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie dokumentacji projektowej oraz wykonanie na jej podstawie robót budowlanych polegających na wybudowaniu całorocznego krytego lodowiska wraz z funkcjami uzupełniającymi, tj. zapleczem szatniowym, pomieszczeniem administracyjnym obiektu, niewielką salą gimnastyczną oraz zapleczem technicznym, a także zagospodarowaniu terenu i wykonaniu dróg i miejsc parkingowych, wraz z niezbędnymi przyłączami oraz przekładkami. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) oraz sposób jego wykonania określony jest w Programie Funkcjonalno-Użytkowym (PFU) opracowanym dla potrzeb niniejszego zamówienia w załączniku nr 9 do SWZ.
