Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa i wdrożenie systemu teleinformatycznego – wielokanałowej platformy obsługi klienta wspierającej kompleksową obsługę użytkowników. Zakres zamówienia obejmuje przeprowadzenie analizy przedwdrożeniowej, opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej, dostawę i konfigurację niezbędnego oprogramowania oraz wdrożenie trzech zintegrowanych komponentów systemu: 1) Contact Center, 2) Portalu internetowego oraz 3) Platformy e-learningowej. Szczegółowy opis znajduje się w Załączniku nr 1 do SWZ oraz w załącznikach do OPZ, tj.: Załącznik nr 1A do OPZ – specyfikacja wymagań dla Contact Center; Załącznik nr 1B do OPZ – specyfikacja wymagań dla Portalu internetowego; Załącznik nr 1C do OPZ – specyfikacja wymagań dla Platformy e-learningowej.
