Description

Ordregivers behov forudsætter en MS-løsning, specifikt designet og optimeret til analyse af små molekyler (metabolitter), med Trapped Ion Mobility Spectrometry (TIMS), som muliggør mobilitetsseparation med høj ionudnyttelse og reproducerbare collision cross section (CCS)-målinger, kombineret med Parallel Accumulation Serial Fragmentation (PASEF), som giver meget høj MS/MS-hastighed uden tab af følsomhed. Disse specifikationer er metodisk nødvendige for separation af isomere metabolitter, høj MS/MS-kapacitet i høj-throughput metabolomics samt sikker CCS-baseret identifikation. Efter markedsafdækning vurderes det, at disse krav samlet set kun kan opfyldes af én økonomisk aktør, idet TIMS og PASEF er teknisk integreret og ikke tilbydes i funktionelt ækvivalent form af andre leverandører.
