Description
De onderhavige aanbesteding heeft betrekking op het aanbesteden van inhuur extern personeel. Deze aanbesteding richt zich op inhuur van externe deskundigen op het gebied van ICT en maritieme supply chain. Vandaar is deze aanbesteding gesplitst in twee percelen: • Perceel 1 betreft voornamelijk specifiek ICT • Perceel 2 betreft voornamelijk maritieme supply chain. Portbase gaat voor beide percelen een broker contracteren die gespecialiseerd is in het werven van externe specialisten, bijvoorbeeld werknemers in dienst van derden, om in te zetten bij Portbase. De broker is ervoor verantwoordelijk passende Kandidaten te werven. Portbase kan zelf ook voorkeurskandidaten aanleveren bij de broker. Kandidaten komen onder contract bij de broker en deze zal tevens verantwoordelijk zijn voor het afhandelen van de administratieve processen en het overnemen van de risico’s in het kader van de Wet Keten Aansprakelijkheid. Voor de twee percelen geldt dat Portbase de volgende dienstverleningsaspecte 1,0
