RINIS wil een raamovereenkomst met één brokerdienstverlener, waardoor op een betrouwbare, transparante en rechtmatige manier externe professionals ingehuurd kunnen worden, waarbij een efficiënt en marktconform proces wordt gehanteerd en waarbij RINIS administratief volledig wordt ontzorgd. De waarde van de opdracht is naar schatting 40.000 uur per jaar. De totale opdrachtwaarde gedurende de verwachte contractperiode van vier jaar bedraagt daarmee circa 160.000 uur.
