Description

The competition is for the provision of brokerage services for commercial real estate. A framework agreement shall be signed with one supplier for commercial brokering. Estate agent services will typically be handling and carrying out the sale of commercial properties, but may also be other services such as the sale of residential properties, consultancy services connected to the properties (sale/purchase/development) and dealing with renting property or premises. The contracting authority can also require assistance with the purchase of property. The estate agent must, therefore, be able to handle settlements etc. in connection with such purchases. Valuation services from authorised appraisers are included in the contract. The procurement ́s total value is estimated to be NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
