Description
OUS has a significant property portfolio, with constant changes. Over the next few years it is expected that more properties will be sold, as the expansions of rikshospitalet and Aker hospital are facilitating changes to OUS's operation. OUS therefore needs a broker who can assist with the sales. OUS will also need a consultancy and analysis capacity that can contribute to the sales processes resulting in the highest possible sales prices.
