De Onderzoeksraad wenst een Raamovereenkomst af te sluiten met één Broker voor de externe inhuur van professionals, zoals onderzoekers, onderzoekmedewerkers, managementassistenten, communicatieadviseurs, interim managers, financieel, administratief en facilitair medewerkers tegen goede voorwaarden en een snelle en zorgvuldige afhandeling. Hierbij staat het realiseren van een goede samenwerking, gekoppeld aan een kwalitatief hoogwaardige inzet, centraal. €1.400.000,00 per jaar
