Het doel van deze aanbesteding is om de opdracht aan één (1) aannemer te gunnen voor het bouwrijp maken van De Groote Wielen Noord fase 1 en 2, dit houdt onder andere in om het terrein op hoogte te brengen, het aanleggen van bouwwegen en riolering.
