Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één leverancier voor het leveren van de brandstofpassen, inclusief het tanken en de administratieve afhandeling, onafhankelijk van de brandstofleverancier of het tankstation. Op dit moment gaat het om 43 voertuigen met een eigen brandstofpas.
