Description
Doel van deze Europees openbare aanbesteding is het sluiten van een overeenkomst met één Opdrachtnemer welke verantwoordelijk is voor de levering van brandstofpassen (bij voorkeur een tag*) en de daarbij behorende administratieve afhandeling, zodat voertuigen en materieel van Opdrachtgever brandstof kunnen afnemen. De raamovereenkomst gaat in op 1 mei 2025 en kent een initiële looptijd van twee (2) jaar tot 30 april 2027. Daarna heeft de gemeente de mogelijkheid om de raamovereenkomst met twee (2) keer stilzwijgend te verlengen tot uiterlijk 30 april 2029. Indien de gemeente geen gebruik wil maken van deze verlengingsoptie(s) zal zij dit, schriftelijk, uiterlijk 6 maanden vooraf kenbaar maken aan opdrachtnemer.
