Description

De inkoopbehoefte bestaat uit levering van diesel (B0 of HVO100) met een flexibel contract in afwachting van de uitkomsten HVO100 pilot Wortman en project weerbaarheid m.b.t. aanleg strategische brandstofvoorraad. Voor deze aanbesteding wordt de opdrachtwaarde primair vastgesteld op basis van de geraamde af te nemen hoeveelheid brandstof (liters) in plaats van uitsluitend een bedrag in euro’s. De reden hiervoor is dat brandstofprijzen (Diesel B0 en HVO100) volatiel zijn en daardoor een geldbedrag zonder prijspeildatum of indexerings-/prijsmechanisme onvoldoende stabiel is om de behoefte goed te duiden. Uitgaande van een maximale looptijd van vier (4) jaar bedraagt de geraamde basisomvang van de Opdracht circa 440.000 liter brandstof. Inclusief de optionele eenmalige leveringen van in totaal 52.000 liter en de optionele jaarlijkse leveringen van 20.000 liter per jaar bedraagt de totale potentiële omvang van de Opdracht circa 572.000 liter brandstof.
